I don't think Herobrine has any win-cons. Steve will just keep coming back, and with greater durability, they should be able to withstand most of Herobrine's attacks.

no, he will just come back each time so long has his true self exists. Anyhow, even without the immortality, Steve should win, since he has superior durability, and mid regen. The AP difference isn't enough for Herobrine to get past his defenses imo.
