Assuming it is mountain level dura, Red takes it. Way, way more versatile, Pikachu can palayse, Lapras can freeze, Venusaur can poison, Charizard flight counters Steven's moon jump etc.

Okay. I'm looking at this, and I can only see Red winning if these two things happen

1. He manages to knock the Sheild out of Steven's hand

2. He uses his sleep, paralysis, or Absorption on Steven

That's the only wincons I can really see for Red. And If I use his High 6-C version, he would stomp. And if I use Steven's High 6-A version, it would be a stomp foe hin

Its not in his hand, its formed in front of his arm, and he can form multipel and instantly remake it if he's disarmed

I think it is best if we consider on what Red's Pokemons could do with proper explanation to ensure it is a fair match.

So wouldn't this be a stomp? Red has no way of actually harming Steven due to the damn Shield and Bubbles. And if Steven didn't have those, then the fight becomes a stomp in Red's favor
