Like, if durability is an entire tier above AP or something like that?

Kinda, aside from specific cases where character's AP is on a higher end of a lower tier and his durability is on the lower end of a higher tier.

With that being said, Jackie Chan is getting downgraded, so he loses his Stone Wall status.
