String dimensions are small sized dimensions so you cant really tier from them most of the time.

"As these higher dimensions in string theory are compactified, they do not follow with the possibility of a universe being embedded into a higher dimensional structure, thus, a higher tier. Since, they are compactified and would not be able to fit the entire universe inside of them. However, a verse can get higher through String Theory by following brane cosmology, where the universe is restricted onto a brane in a higher-dimensional space.
