Rules

  • Characters only qualify for a tier if they are physically in that tier themselves. Tiers through amps that increases both Attack Potency and Durability also works, and the same applies to tiers via technology.
  • Prep Time is only allowed if the character gets its tier via that.
  • Speed is equalized by default. Spots via speed unequal are valid, but without defeating someone at speed equal, both characters will share a spot.
  • SBA is assumed
  • The character proposed MUST BE a Chinamen, a Chinese character in ethnicity or a character from Chinese media (for example Manhua)

a question about characters that come from franchises that are not Chinese but the adaptation/place of origin (such as video games or Movies) are made by Chinese, would it count?
 
What about a character from a franchise owned by a Chinese firm but the nationality is totally not Chinese (or in most sense not China-themed)

Say, does Raiden Shogun (Genshin Impact) or Raiden Mei (created by a China firm Mihoyo but are Japan thunder god themed) count?
Or... does Iron Fist (Marvel Comics) or Po (Kung Fu Panda) (Marvel / Dreamworks characters but are inside a background heavily influenced by ancient China) count?

Well, Genshin is still considered a Chinese media so does Honkai.

Po should fit imo
idk about iron fist

also there cases of verse being different from Earth but having race or culture similar to Chinese people (or is heavily implied as homage or alternate China)
would those count or not?

Also, i'm gonna be a bit lenient and say if some of your rating also came from a piece of media that's made by Chinese, they qualify as Chinamen so DMC peeps are allowed

And yes, any character that's from a Chinese media counts as Chinamen, so Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact is allowed since they came from Chinese Game Creator

But sadly those who's Chinese in ethnicity but was made by any media except Chinese is NOT allowed so Iron Fist didn't qualify but i think Po is? I dunno need more clarifications, but for now

Added Jiang for the 1st at Low 4-C until another Chinamen came, snatch his position and tell him he's a disgrace for Chinamen, same with Fang Xiu

it is exactly what it means, it means you are either a character from any Chinese Media or a character that's not originated from Chinese Media but had a continuation canonical story from Chinese Media if you will (The biggest example or the only one like this is DMC)
 
Xue Ying - 6-C, High 5-A, High 4-C, 3-B, 3-A, 2-B and Low 1-C

Meng Chuan - 8-A, Low 7-C, 5-B, 3-C, 3-B and High 3-A

Liu Qiyue - Low 7-C (While she lacks hax variety and combat skills compared to her husband Meng Chuan, she is higher in cultivation than him here and can use Karma to kill him instantly if she can attack first...so she should be above him likely)

Linley Baruch - 7-A, High 7-A, High 6-C (If stat amp that can he can stay for an entire fight is allowed), Low 6-B, 6-B, High 6-B (same stat amp), 4-A, 2-B (weaker than Xue Ying so bellow him)

Qin Yu - High 7-C (He has 4-B tier puppet which he can control and use it to protect his body by storing it within a pocket dimension...basically he can jump instantly from High 7-C to 4-B if he wishes but its still High 7-C as that's just a piece of equipment), 3-A (weaker than Xue Ying), Low 2-C, 2-B (Trickier key as he and Linley are stated to be equal in powers and have the exact knowledge and powers as they are both Grandmist beings but he's more talented by a large margin but Linley is a better fighter...hard to say who will win)

Xiao Hei - 4-B

Bebe - High 7-A and High 6-C (Weaker than Linley but if Bebe manages to catch him with God Eater, he's toasted)

The Great Warlock - High 7-A (Weaker than both Bebe and Linley)

Luo Yuan - 10-A, 9-B (4-D defensive hax and precog brr), High 8-C, Low 7-C (If stat amp is allowed as he will be this tier as long as he stays within his realm...even his his 4D hax he will lose to Meng Chuan or his wife as long as they manage to catch him without the 4D defensive hax), 4-B (He beats all the 4B at the same time without much effort cause he has too much 4D hax and they can't do anything to him as he will simple regenerate or come back no matter what they do), Unknown tier too for him

Qin Mu - 9-B (While Luo Yuan is stronger, Mu will beat him through sher skill and combat intellect), High 8-C (Qin Mu still beats Luo Yuan), 8-B

Su Ming - High 6-B (If stat amps are allowed as a tier placement then he more than sure loses to Linley as he's outhaxed), High 6-A (Bellow Zhong Yue), 4-B and 4-A (Same situation as Wang Lin)

Ecan - Low 2-C (loses to the mentioned Low 2-C here)

welp... I added all of them, some that's not given any context I give them a tier below any Chinamen that's already occupy the list but that's a lot so I could be missing something so please check it

Xue should be above Dao -Denier in 3-A as he has higher D hax which is his first move.

4-A, Wang Lin should be stronger than Meng Hao as long as Meng doesn't manage to use the Teracotta.

High 6-A, I would say Zhong Yue is a better fighter and more versatile than Ji Ning but Ji has his conceptul domain which kinda ***** him so it works.

Now the interesting matches are on Ji Ning and Linley Baruch on Low 6-B and 6-B. Both have conceptul manip but Linley had it higher as type 1. Linley is also harder to kill by a large margine as he has low godly, has 5 true him here (beyond the original there are 4 more, each for a law he has, each being another him), he has also Bebe (is his magical beast) who while lower in tier still has his hax. Has a lot more hax and more laws and aspects of them (Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, each having 6 aspects at least up to 9/10)...plus he's higher in cultivation realm if You were to compare his with Ji Ning (He would be level 13 while his foe is around level 5 i think so it should speak about their difference in layers). Could say a lot more but I think he win on a easy-medium dificulty but if the other people have another perspective then a match could be made.

Well, the rest would be from the same verses just weaker.

We have only just 150 cultivators or so on wiki but weaker than the current said ones.
