Hop personally thinks, since this is more of a fun what if VS thread, 16 could win but it may also result in him needing to self destruct. Super 13 would take it without much stress, considering he, and likely 16, could defeat most Super Saiyan 1's.

And that's ok, don't worry about what Forum your thread is in. Fun and Games is more laid back. Still monitored by the staff but no one really cares unless it breaks a rule .
