Let's do this quickly, the marvel database page separates the Super hero squad profiles from their tv version and games from the comics version, but there really isn't any difference, what's more, the comics use too much of the series to the point of the Events from both the comics and the series occur in the same or too similar way to create one without the other as they complement each other, with the Official Marvel page implying that they are trying to bring television history directly to the comic history.
"The greatest cartoon in the history of cartoons! Coming to a moving television screen near you!!!! But until it does, why not try out the non-moving paper version? It's just as good, but without all that pesky listening. C'mon down to Super Hero City and join Iron Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Captain America, Silver Surfer, Thor and waaaaaaay more-more-more, as they battle Dr. Doom and his masters of evil for control of the super-powerful Infinity Fractals!"
Many of the events are taken into account, from Reptile's immunity, Reptile's origin is addressed in the comics, Iron Man know his name, which is why he is not surprised or has too many formalities with Reptile, even the affirmation of the Captain America from Reptile's file that he told Wolverine in the series (minute 6:40), it is shown how Cap gave him a file with Reptile's information
Reptile's immunity to fractals, that was not Addressed in the previous chapter, so it must refer as such to episode number 16 of the first season that come in
December 5, 2009 (He discovered his immunity there) while the comic come January 13, 2010 :
Super hero squad Vol 1 #2 Reptile's origin(Link to outside page to read the comic, is not Imgur)
Also, any inconsistency is really solved since in reality the comics are the interpretation within the authors' verse, the Squad goes to Marvel (the publisher exists in their universe but it's name is Marble Comics) and leaks a lot of confidential information, then this information is processed and partially altered to be entertaining for readers within the verse.
Scans below are from Super hero Squad Volumen 2 #7
It's basically a mega meta thing, an example: In-universe, a Hulk story was published, but the events of the story were a summary and maybe alter for casual readers of the Real Hulk Story.
so both media can be used, being the version of TV and video games primary canon and comics as secondary canon
For People who will asked, why is it said that Reptile's Sunstone is not an infinity fractal?
This is easy, the comic came out on
October 14, 2009, the confirmation that it was factual was much later and, above all, it had a massive narrative value, such as the arrival of Galactus in the episode that came out February 13, 2010 and the reconstruction of the Infinity Sword that came out in February 20, 2010, so Marvel wasn't going to give a Spoiler for something too much important
Also, even if we don't count that, Reptile's Fractal went undetected throughout the first season even though it was in front of the squadron's tracking systems, obviously the Sunstone has something.
A logical explanation is that it is that the Sunstone was sent millions of years ago when the sword fragmented, so it was believed that it was simply something of a similar nature but that it was older than when the sword broke.
Even Tony compares it to something too similar to a Fractal but ultimately dismisses it as too old to be one.
