Fight takes place on an abandoned planet outside of our Solar system, but with Earth-like conditions and still orbiting a planet with a yellow star, so no needs to worry about collateral damage and Superman won't be deprived of any advantages he might have.
Both in character, but still willing to kill if neccessary. Fight may end by incapacitation, knock-out, incapacitation, death or if one side surrenders.
All aspects of speed equalized if neccessary.
