How can a person pilot a supersonic plane? Is human reaction enough for that? Does piloting a supersonic jet mean the same supersonic reaction?

Supersonic Airplanes and Flight Speed

I see several people saying that, scaling the Speed Reaction = Flight Speed is wrong, because humans can pilot something faster than their reaction.

Ehh, nop, that isn't necesary true, in fact, most of time that isn't the case; other wise you got superhuman reactions in average humans, subsonic to subsonic+ in races pilots, and over transonic in plane and jet pilots.
The speed of a vehicule is completely independent to their pilot, and viceverse.

But for me to move a vehicle/airplane at supersonic speeds, should not I have the same speed to get the steering wheel or etc, before I crash on the wall or anything else?
