Gohan should be way stronger. Regardless of his confidence issues, he was still blatantly weakened after Cell broke his arm. Goku didn't even contradict him, and instead told him he still had more power sleeping inside.

Gohan overall scales somewhere above 1 KiloFOE at 2 KiloFOE at the maximum (considering he claimed he was at 50% energy when he clashed with Cell) with more of his potential being unleashed at 50% power surpassing and vaporising a 1 KiloFOE.

Overall, it sounds like Gohan should be treated as having a notable edge power-wise.

More like well above 4.8 kilofoe because he and Dark Elf (who is fused to Omega) are comparable in power, and Omega survived a combined attack from Zero and X, who both can take Lumine's 1.2 kilofoe attack with no notable damage.

Anyway, Gohan gets stomped.

We see that Harpuia, Leviathan and Fefnir (who scales to the 1.2 kilofoe feat) can't do anything to Omega even in his weaker armor (and without the Dark Elf). They can barely even damage him when he's been almost-beaten by Zero. Cell's power is 1.08 kilofoe and while Gohan is stronger, it's not to the point where Cell can't damage him. Dodoria had a power level of 22,000 against Vegeta's 24,000 and still got vaporized.

Maybe not, but 2 1.2 kilofoe characters can't damage a weaker Omega, while Cell at 1.08 can still break Gohan's arm

I should add that Omega Zero is stronger than Zero in Mega Man X because Weil upgraded him to draw out his full potential, add on top the Dark Elf.

That's like the most basic form of AP scaling

You are stronger to a degree if you are that much superior to your opponents

You aren't assumed to be 4.8 kilofoes for being much stronger than 1.2 kilofoe. AP scaling doesn't work that way.

If a person is not even 2x stronger then a feat that Omega is laughably superior too, he is stronger

To be fair, Zero's skill is ******* legendary.

Anywho, poor Gohan gets AP & haxstomped. If I remember correctly, the Dark Elf enhances Omega's stats (just like Zero's cyber elves who amplify strength, speed & other stats) and can induce status effects on Gohan.

Is skill must really be the stuff of legends if he can beat what is essentially him+2.

Should I change this to Ultimate Gohan? Or either Cell or Buu?

No 4-B DB character can beat Omega. He can just transmute the ones who might have an AP advantage with an omnidirectional attack (Dark Elf scales to Zero's elves that do that)

Omega in its base form was already capable of one-shot characters above 4-B and his true form is much stronger. Talking about AP:

Depends on how his Transmutation is used. Vegito was able to fight Super Buu despite being turned into a jawbreaker. Ultimate Gohan and 1st Form Frieza could probably fight in such a state.

Fair enough. He does say eaten alive, hence my curiousity.

He means alive due to his spirit being contained in the cookie. Dragon Ball characters have souls, after all. His living spirit is simply contained within the cookie but shows nothing like awareness.

Vegito is the only character to display this awareness in canon, but I think Frieza would have it as well, considering he is a master at telekinesis that can likely manipulate his candy form. Ultimate Gohan may also have it due to scaling so high in power. We aren't given any reason to think Vegito's awareness is from the Potara or something from Goku or Vegeta after all, so we can assume it may just be a result of his raw power.

Teen Gohan and Cell would definitely lack it, however.

Regardless, even if Krillin had awareness, why would that mean Buu's transmutation just leaves people aware? If anything, that could also mean that Dragon Ball characters (due to canonically having spirits contained within their physical shells) are capable of maintaining awareness so long as their spirit is within the object.

I mean, we know everybody can think and move as spirits once dead so it isn't too unheard of for characters to be aware when their bodies are in another form.

Another example would be Goku being hospitalized until his heart virus passed and yet he was completely aware of the entire Android/Cell Saga and required absolutely 0 explanations even though he was absent for literally all of it, at least physically.

Unless you're telling he me has Continental/Planetary Ranged physical enhanced Senses, that was 100% his Mental/Ki ability doing the work which should go unchanged when in transmuted form.

Pretty much, yeah. It seems more like an ability specific to Dragon Ball characters due to Ki being literal life energy that they manipulate even when they lack a body.
