That Man vs Ren Amamiya

Hmmmmm
Well Ren seems to have some good stuff on his side, resists time manip from what's on his profile. Can bust out Almighty attacks, not sure about That Man's AP but he has some good hax in his corner. Both can power null it seems, amp themselves as well as inflict status effects.
I think what stands out to me is That Man has BFR, but Ren has Teleportation. Ren's teleport doesn't seem exactly combat applicable though. That Man may also possess precog which could allow him to survive Hamo/Mudo or Almighty attacks. I guess if Ren can't resist BFR I'd give it to That Man with high difficulty.
