Just a fun little Real Life profile:

Sugar Ray Robinso

"To be a champ, you've got to believe in yourself when no one else will"

Summary:

Widely regarded by most boxing historians, writers, experts and boxers to be the pound for pound greatest boxer to ever live, Sugar Ray Robinson (born Walker Smith Jr) began boxing professionally at 19 after compiling an amateur record of 85 wins and 0 losses, 69 knockouts with 40 of them in the first round. At the absolute pinnacle of his career he had an unbelievable record of 128 victories, only 1 loss which he avenged 5 times and 2 draws. He won the welterweight crown and then moved up to the middleweight division where he won the middleweight world championship an astonishing 5 times. He also moved up in weight to the light heavyweight division where he fought hall of famer Joey Maxim and yet despite dominating the fight in one of his best performances, he was stopped due to heat exhaustion. This would be the only time Sugar Ray Robinson would be 'knocked out'.

He has fought against 10 different hall of fame boxers in one of the most competitive eras of boxing, if not the most competitive era of boxing.
