He would probably sneaking up on him, that's kinda his thing.
Basically even Hajime and co find him troublesome cause he has op stealth mastery, stealth mastery itself is nothing special in Arifureta but even before being isekai'ed Kousuke has such a weak presence you wouldn't know if he was in front of you when he was there the entire time.
Once he trained after being isekai'ed this has gone to absurd levels to the point he can literally run away from a battlefield without anyone noticing, and all of them have sense presence and stuff which lets him know whatever is in their surroundings.
Anyway he will use that along with making clones and afterimages of himself which have real presense, so his opponent won't know the difference while he sneaks up or throws a kunai or something.
He will also put on his glasses which give him precog and boost his speed a dozen times. Well technically it would already be on since the glasses and other stuff is his battle equipment.

His presence is so thin nobody ever notices him, hence we don't see his face.
Abyss Lord is his trump card so he won't start with it, he uses it a lot though.
Before that he will spam gravity hax which ignores durability.

Hmm, given the arguments you gave above, and the fact he'll eventually one-shot Shinra with Abyss Lord, I think it is safe to say Kousuke wins.

Abysslord? Strengtens all his stats, it has five depth levels from Depth I to Depth V, with each depth giving a certain level of stats boosts.
Basically once he uses it he gets stronger and creates clones and the deeper the depth he goes into, the more clones, until depth v where he has thousands of clones and those clones can create clones so the number of clones keep going up and up.
He can go instantly to depth v if he wants.
It's stated that this technique is what made him harm Hajime, and Yue, Shea etc all stated that this technique is very troublesome for them, to the point they have to go all out to beat it, if they didn't care about causalities they could nuke the area and kill Kousuke, but since they do it's a big problem.

It can do various things such as diverting attacks, psuedo flight, make ppl basically weightless/float due to freed from gravity etc.
In terms of the durability negating stuff he can use gravity magic to create a small black sphere which sucks anything and everything in its surrounding, and twists off space itself while also compressing it to the center of the sphere.
Also he has an AOE type attack which swallows the whole area and obliterates everything without a single exception.

Shinra starts with overwhelming speed, Precog+Info Analysis along with Instinctive Reaction, passive speed stat amps, and H2H.

Kousuke is faster, speed is equalized though, even then his speed will be boosted a dozen times, and can get faster with Abyss Lord, and he has precog.
Think the issue here is if Shinra can deal with Kousuku's op stealth.

Shinra's Instinctive Reaction comes from valuing life so much that he's constant in favor of his own, and can perceive attacks even if it were casual moments earlier.
