The Monitor is linked and powered by every positive matter universes in the pre crisis infinite multiverse. If the number of universes reduces, his power will also reduce. the sca another one The Monitor should be upgraded to 2-A? Or this is more a power?

I will be sincere. To me, nothing in The Monitor's profile nor the scans show that he should be upgraded to 2-A.

His prolile state:

(Comparable to the original power level of his brother, the Anti-Monitor, who could absorb the power of entire universes, has fought his brother for one million years)

• Anti-Monitor's orginal powers is At least Low 2-C.

I do not think that it was ever stated that the Monitor possessed the combined power of all those space-time continuums, just that he was empowered by them.
