I wondered if the Monitor should also have a key 2-A since his power level depends apparently of the number of positive matter universes within the multiverse and during COIE, the Monitor was seriously weakened because that the Anti Monitor had destroyed countless universes. So, I think he should be "At least Low 2-C. | possibly 2-A at full power" Also, the profile lack some powers such as: create objects with a thought. And i have a new picture of him if you want
