The Mortis Force Wielders and Canon

Something I have always found curious about the divide between the Legends and Disney canon of Star Wars has to do with the existence of the Ones. The Clone Wars TV Series, where they debuted, is considered canon for both Legends and Disney, including the statement about the Son and Daughter "tearing the fabric of the Universe".

Wouldn't that conceivably allow Disney canon top tiers to scale to them, since we saw Anakin could overpower both when he tapped into the Force on Mortis?

Bump.

In light of the events of "The Rise of Skywalker", how would the Mortis Force Wielders be involved in any tiering? Within Mortis, at the very least, Anakin was able to tap into the Force enough to restrain both the Son and Daughter simultaneously, and that doesn't change between Legends and Canon.

According to George Lucas' DVD statements (he is also an executive producer of the Clone Wars, so he approved the lore of Mortis), Anakin pre-Mustafar had two times the potential of Palpatine, and lost 60% of his potential after his injuries. So unless Palpatine is destroying celestial objects and such it is safe to assume that Anakin was just made vastly stronger by being inside the planet.

In the Disney canon, Anakin's potential is just higher than Palpatine's and Yoda's without any specifics, and losing limbs doesn't significantly lower your connection to the Force. Darth Maul is described to be around his peak level after the cybernetics, and Darth Vader's used the anger and hatred from his injuries to increase his connection to the Force further. So it is theoritically possible, but extremely unlikely, for Disney to make Mortis the ceiling of Anakin's potential.

How would that apply to scaling?

The Kinro Comet is a debatable feat, I know, but we still have the Jedi Order of the time breaking apart and halting the momentum of a rogue celestial body large enough to destroy at least several worlds on its way through the Core Worlds.

Alongside that, we still have the Father's statement about his children "tearing the fabric of the Universe", however that is interpreted.
