Back on topic, for all the people participating in this, do your best to hold your urges.

Like Witch said, if you feel like your urges are starting to take over, do something that will distract you from doing the deed, like working out, drawing, reading, etc.

When I was in a pretty depressive state at one point, I started working out, as well as taking walks to get my mind off of something that will make me tap out to my urges. I now have perfect control of my urges.

If a Pro Wrestling goober can do it, so can y'all!
