I personally feel that the preference of usage of magic is more of a Standard Tactics, though there is no define guideline regarding this.
"the acid rain" may be better described as "the rain that dissolves Belos' body" as it is unknown if it is acid rain or magical rain.

The thing I can immediately think is that Luz's fights in TOH, such as Luz taking hits from Abomaton 2.0 (S2E2)? But I'm not sure.

Well... the description is so simple that I could easily mistake it as Odalia tortures Luz by herself. Also, Luz's fights which includes her taking much punishing without giving up or simply fighting for some time are good stamina feats.

Besides grammar issues and a few missing clips this seems fine. Also references go inside the power descriptions (I;e Social Influencing (Caused the prisoners to turn against the guard[1]), and not Social Influencing (Caused the prisoners to turn against the guard)[1],)

The calc needs to be in the wiki and be accepted, and use purification for a calc of attack potency seems weird to me.
but how much did the range of attack give maybe i can use that for the range of attacks for Luz i uses tens of kilometers.
