Ok so, this project made by me and @Lucia_Ohma to upgrade Luz's stamina (and probably King's when he'll have a profile).
In S2 ep 19 when Luz and the gang make it back to Bonesborough the sky looks bright purple-orange this is how the sky has always looked in the Isles once it hits the standard-late afternoon when she makes it back to the Owl House and finds it ransacked she finds a paper left behind by Lilith that let's her know she and Eda are at the Knee at 0:20
Luz, Hooty and King then arrived at the Knee and the color of the sky is still the same. Luz even mentions it took a while to find the exact town location from Lilith's map and they were also trying to hide from the Coven Scouts & Guards so they didn't just move in a straight line they took twists, turns and corners and when they arrived Luz doesn't look like she sweated one drop or looks exhausted at all she looks fine
It generally takes between 1hr and 10 min and 1hr and 40min for the sky to change colors based on the Sun's movements so Luz must have crossed this distance in even less than 1hr and 25min https://lovethenightsky.com/how-long-after-sunset-is-it-dark/
Recall Ms.Terrace stated The Boiling Isles Titan to be as big as Vermont which is 260km in length Bonesborough is at the arm of the Titan assuming she traveled half that distance(130km) Speedrate: 25.49m/s (Superhuman) https://www.calculatorsoup.com/calculators/math/speed-distance-time-calculator.php
