But on the other hand Q have full microcontrol whereas the Grace needs to use the Guardians to control the multiverse.

Hmmm... the Grace are above DW transcendental beings (Great Old Ones, Eternals, Chronovores, ect). So it is hard to say.

i know transcendental beings are for the most part low or high complex multiversal its hard to say i think i still give it to grace the q dont have that much competition in star trek exept for pah wraiths other st entities exept for naugiluum however he isnt a threat are much lower than the q
