I have no idea what you just said, I'm assuming its about Kiritsugu not having enough mana for her to fight, which I'm pretty sure is discounted because Irisviel gives her Mana anyway, we assume the peak of the character under their master so Saber should be able to fight fine.
Either way, Saber doesn't have Avalon, she only has that under Shirou

man tbh idk what the **** a fate stay night is. I’m just assuming it’s the base key for saber.
