• Can use the environment's BOWS to his advantage.
• Albert Wesker is in character.

Rules: Master Chief is in the same situation as Chris in Resident Evil 5. His goal is to defeat Wesker and prevent global extinction. Wesker has the same wincon as the game. Equal Speed. SBA from the rest.

According to the rules of equal speed, Wesker still has the advantage in reaction speed and has Pseudo-Teleportation as an ability so he could do aim dodging, and the Chief also has to face other BOWs that will get in his way.

With equal speed, Wesker's preference for dodging, and the BOWs at his command which he could use for sacrificing, I don't think the Incineration Cannon will be of much use here.

It also takes five seconds to change which, to a close-quarters fighter like Wesker, is way too long. Also it beeps at where it's going to hit, giving Wesker ample opportunity to aim-dodge as Pyro said.

And also there's other stuff like his bubble shield that was city level dura and can last 10 seconds, and his hardlught shield that was town level dura, he can just hide inside the bubble shield peep out and shoot wesker with the IC spartan laser or binary rifle all which one shot wesker, and wesker wont even know they one shot him, and weaker can summon BOW but as discussed chief has weapons that can one shot them too.

The bubble shield doesn't stop someone from entering, and as mentioned, Wesker is a close-quarters fighter so he's just going to walk inside.

Chief can't use weapons, and the shield only covers the front and I believe it slows him down. All it does really is just delay Wesker.

Wesker prefers to avoid projectiles, even from weapons as insignificant to him as pistols. While it's true that if they hit him, it's game over, the Binary Rifle is too slow and the Spartan Laser takes too long.

The BOWs by themselves are really not much of a factor. At most, they can be used to distract Chief or maybe even take hits that would've otherwise killed him.
Meanwhile, all Wesker really needs to do is hit Chief once. He scales above one-shotting Building Level+, and his favored kill method - if you aren't a member of STARS - is impalement Viltrumite style.

If Chief is already aware of Wesker's speed and strength advantage, he could resort to stealth to try and surprise him.
