Well, 1v1 either Zoro or Sanji could take any of them with the possible exception of Rojuro due to his Bankai, and against Shinji they might lose because of his ability and his speed advantage but due to the other stat differences I doubt that those would help him much.

So, Rojuro's bankai. It can certainly hit both Zoro and Sanji with its speed, and it's possibly durability bypassing. However, this was never shown. Mask was unharmed by any of the stages before Heldenleben and managed to avoid the entire thing by crushing his own eardrums. Because there are no feats on the durability bypassing the Heldenleben stage of the attack is just rated town level based off the assumption that it was going to kill Mask and his durability. Moreover, this ability requires the target's 'heart' to be deceived - given Zoro and Sanji's haki they might simply have the willpower to resist it altogether. But let's be generous and grant Rojuro that they can't and that this attack will do town-level damage.

Hachigen's barriers don't matter much either, by the way. His strongest barriers shown were severely cracked by a town-level attack so both Zoro and Sanji should be able to break them.

8v2 it's a different scenario, but I still think Zoro and Sanji would win. They outspeed all their opponents by a good margin except Shinji and Rojuro's bankai attack, their striking power is much higher, so any hits they land are potentially deadly. Their durability is also much higher, so even with multiple town-level attacks landing I doubt that Zoro or Sanji will go down.

Finally, there's the elephant in the room - the Visored can all fly naturally while Zoro cannot and Sanji's method of pseudo-flight is not nearly as flexible as what the Visored can do. But since they don't outrange Zoro and because Sanji can still match or exceed them in speed and still fly it hardly matters.

Yeah, Zoro and Sanji win this whether or not speed is equalized, probably mid-diff or mid-high diff in both cases. As a comparison, Hajrudi has slightly superior stats to most visored and was ultimately only decently impressive. Zoro would stomp him hard, but against him plus seven other comparable fighters on his level he'd have severe trouble or outright lose. With Sanji there as well though the situation changes drastically in their favor, though not to the point of stomping.

Interesting matchup, but my vote goes to the One Piece crew!

...And just for fun, with H2 Ichigo added to the mix I'd change the fight to high-diff in favor of the Strawhats but because H2 Ichigo is still not that much stronger than the Visoreds and only has low-mid Regenerationn coupled with his flagrant disregard for any other people nearby will not help that much, though his improved stats in all areas over the Visored and his striking power on-par with the top-tier attacks from Zoro and Sanji will make his addition dangerous. With Law added the One Piece crew wins low-diff due to Law's ability and overall power.
