I forgot some resistances and abilities in the profile but it's pretty minor so I'll ignore that for now.
Medaka won't start with All Fiction. The problem is the AP difference. Hunter doesn't kill at first but every time he taps, Medaka disentegrates, making incap hard. Though he can use something like sleep powder, which is easy piesy. In character too. Won't considered as an attack per se. Like, he'll just putting his toys to the ground.
Hunter's abilities aren't supernatural, they're biological. Like how some beetles in real world breathes fire, so does monsters and Hunter's weapons. Eel, water bear, chameleons and fireflies are also examples. It also isn't his own feat, it's the weapons. As long as The End won't work on weapons, it is non-factor.
