Probably, but I feel like Yhwach can beat him with his own Power null.

He can still take a spot higher than Yhwach if he beats people above yhwach but can't beat him (since it can be a hard counter kind of thing). Him vs Yhwach might be nice though. Cus Yhwach can only see the "possible futures". As in he doesn't see a future where the moon comes crashing down. While Amane wish becomes reality, even if it's not logically possible. So it might be fun.

None of the other 10-As have abilities on the level of GER and one of top tier 10-As was the one GER put into an infinite death loop.

Yhwach got an inconclusive with both Medaka and I-No, so I really don't get why he is under both of them in the first place, tbh.

Amane's wishes becoming able to become reality - specifically in which he summons a large space rock to destroy everything is literally just Gremmy.
