Vegeta is baseline.

Okay so Vegeta is pretty comfortable at baseline Planet level, but Travis upscales from fodder enemies, and would get even stronger, faster, and have flight if he used his mech transformation.

Travis can also slow time in close range and rain fire with projectiles thanks to the Death Glove, so I honestly think speed may be a major deciding factor here.

Change it to namek vegeta, he is REALLY high above baseline. Is the travis man also baseline?
Also why is speed unequalized? Vegeta blitzes really bad.

I mean to be fair, the fodder are baseline, and they should realistically be far weaker than the bosses on the galactic rankings. And Mr. Black Hole outright stated that Fu could beat all of the other members at once, in very little time. So Fu and Travis' AP is likely decently above baseline.

Vegeta's FTL scaling chain is even bigger than his AP scaling chain lol, yeah this most likely a stomp unless travis has hax that can deal with vastly more powerful opponents.
