I am inclined to agree. Hancock has petrification hax which I doubt Tsunade would be able to recover from. Tsunade can regenerate from life threatening injuries in a flash, but we've never seen her deal with something that turns her body to stone.

If it wasn't his full head and he wasn't shown alive seconds after, I wouldn't consider it the same thing.

he was likely alive for a while longer. We don't know the limits of Hancock's petrification (if the targets only turn to stone for a short time much like Doflamingo's awakened threads turning back into the terrain after he drops the ability), but that is irrelevant right now as such limits have not been showcased and may never occur. Hancock's petrification would give her the win.

Both are equals in strength,with boa winning in speed,and i petrification seems the perfect thing(she'll need to petrify the whole of tsunade to totally get done tho,or just the head).Regenerationn won't kick in unless the petrified part is broken off or something and if she gets petrified whole,there will be nothing left to regenerate.But tsunade does have katsuyu,with which she can fill the entire field with thousands of acid spitting and healing slugs.

Nah but in all seriousness Boa shouldn't have much trouble with this, she's got a major advantage. If Tsunade stays away Boa still has the range to get her via Pistol Kiss, Slave Arrow, Mero Mero Merrow and such. Tsunade is going to have to try CQC seeing as she doesn't really have much besides her overpowering strength but the hokage would still be at an advantage do to Boa's precog and Perfume Femur.

Well, i restricted Katsuyu because I restricted Salome to keep this a 1 v 1 with no supports.

boa wins, her DF will let tsunade fall in for boa,than a shot and she is stone, she takes it 95/100 times ^_^

and even if this isnt working, her stats are equal with boa having advantage so she still wins 80/100 times

Hancock's win. She has Observation Haki, so all she needs to do is dodge Tsunade once, kick her in the face and turn it to stone, GG.

I think the problem arises from the fact that in naruto unless you are a descendant of six paths,you are gonna stick with super low stats,near the last 1/4th of the manga,everybody maxxed out and stopped getting upgrades except naruto,sasuke,madara,obito and guy and hence there's a massive difference between the god tier and top tier of naruto and everyone else is basically fodder even in naruto verse itself(including top tier)they went full DBZ. well,atleast there's guy but he has that imminent death thing.

To be honest, Guy only wounded pre Divine tree Madara (Madara pre 2nd rinnegan needs a stat downgrade since he was being outmatched by Sauce and Narudoe individually and that before he absorbed the tree, he was wounded severely by Guy).
