So Juiz and Billy when using Unjustice should have Emotion Vision, they are able to see into one's heart and see their vision of justice.

I thought so too before, but esp is more to do with sixth sense than enhances senses. The ability is from their eyes rather than a sixth sense basically. I can also see it as Info analysis but idk

Extrasensory Perception, also known as sensing, detection, or a sixth sense, is the ability to detect energy signatures, matter signatures, or the like near the user.

Being able to see people's emotion would be an additional sense. At least I would think so given the people with extrasensory perception being able to sometimes perceive pretty abstract stuff.

That's why when they mention possible uses like enhanced sight its not actual sight they refer to.

Enhanced Sight: Not necessarily like eyesight, however, this ability grants the user to detect the opponent regardless of ability or position, as long as the opponent is in radius.

It specifies not necessarily like, which would imply it also cover regular sight as well. Extrasensory perception isn't ONLY additional senses:
