I don’t really think Fuuko has any solid answers to anything Nagato has, the human path and naraka path can possibly get him a quick victory and the deva path can easily deflect any of her bad luck bullets, not to mention the animal path allowing him to overwhelm with numbers. She can’t really kill him either since his profile says he has multiple types of immortality with low godly regen, so even if she does hit Nagato with several strokes of unluck, he isn’t staying down. While I definitely think she can do some strong damage to him it’s not really going to do much so I think this is a stomp.

The Human Path requires physical contact so that wouldn't really work well for Nagato since Fuko's UnLuck also activates through physical contact.
Last time I checked the Naraka Path is similar to the Human Path in that it requires one to grab hold of the target, which again wouldn't work well for Nagato.
Fuko can bypass Deva Path's barrier by using her soul bullets.
The Animal Path's summons aren't immortal so they can easily be taken out by Fuko's UnLuck.
Fuko does have these 2: Limited Information Analysis, Transmutation (Autumn Claw can turn people into books which then have the persons life written in it[42]), and Sealing, Soul Manipulation (Able to remove souls and insert it into objects with Soul Caliber[42]).

Touching Fuuko really isn’t a problem for Nagato, with regen and immortality he can safely tank whatever stroke of unluck would hit him and not really suffer any consequences. Fuuko also does not typically use G-liner in character and hasn’t really used it in fights iirc, but definitely doesn’t open with it, so that shouldn’t really be a problem unless the fight drags out. For soul bullets, those can be an issue for sure but once again Nagato can just tank it with durability or regen and can play long range himself with asura path, shinra tensei, and black receivers that can easily paralyze if enough pierce fuuko. Autumn claw being a close range also is at a disadvantage should Nagato play long range. Soul caliber would definitely be a problem if Nagato was hit by it however.

So this can work, right?

If you’re talking about soul caliber then yeah it’s definitely a win con but it just depends on wether or not fuuko uses it before Nagato takes her out. At least that’s my opinion.

Man I need to start UU again. Fuuko actually being a power house it seems has made my opinion on the series go up.

Her unluck activates through that but it really doesn't matter, he won't die from it and the unluck takes times to occur. He'll pull her soul out before it matters really. Shinra Tensei should also be able to push away souls but if not then that's fine, Soul bullets aren't something she'll spam and really the Asura path can just absorb it which hurts Fuko not receiving part of her soul. True the summons aren't immortal but so what, the chameleon is invisible so she won't see it, the dog duplicates from harm so unluck is a backfire.

She's never used Autumn's claw and using it requires her to get in real close. Same soul caliber, she's just never used it offensively.

So this can work, right?
I think its a stomp honestly, this being edo tensei, her unluck becomes irrelevant, Edo Nagato has an endless supply of chakra so he's not tiring, and he's got numerous hax that can potentially one shot given Fuko just never uses anything op with the g-pen but also that if she does use it, then she has to keep redrawing something to counter Nagato's various hax. Nagato's also a smarter fighter too.

Hmm, I suppose this is a mismatch then.

I'd say Beast vs some basic h2h fighter in Naruto is probably more interesting
Actually I don't think that's possible cause Beast has his Unbreakable armor and Low-Mid regeneration so I don't think even someone like the 3rd/4th Raikage would be able to do any meaningful damage to him.

The armor can be broken if he wavers or something like that. And he has enough openings in it he can be harmed.

I don't see how that could be the case when the Raikage would also have to contend with Beast's armored pterodactyls
