Vegeta vs Deus: Redo

Did this before, but the thread is a few months old and IIRC, we're not supposed to necro threads over a month old.

However, I'll use this as a chance to make a small change to the matchup.

Vegeta (Super Vegeta):

Deus (Sakra Devanam Indra Deus):

Inconclusive: 1 (Korudo Daio)

Speed is Equalized.

They start 20 feet from each other.

Who takes it and why?

Is his regen "mid-low", which doesn't have a definition on the regen page, or is it supposed to be Low-Mid? Vegeta certainly has the firepower to obliterate him, IMO--and Deus doesn't exactly have a lot of hax to back up his regen.

I think this would be a pretty even fight. Deus might decide to planet bust, which could BFR Vegeta, but I'm not sure he'd do that in-character.

Mid-Low is on the regen page:

Mid-Low: The ability to heal wounds that would normally leave large scars, such as severe burns or deep injuries. For machines and vehicles, this would be regenerating damage that would normally leave large dents and openings.
