Terrarian can "slowly" damage her, by striking with his wooden weapons, since he has "Speed: Massively FTL, likely Massively FTL+ (Comparable to the Starfury's stars, which comes from space and likely from the asteroid belt)"

and she is "Speed: Superhuman (She is able to briefly run on water, which requires a person to reach speeds up to 30 meters per second), with Subsonic+ reactions and combat speed (Able to dodge and react to a small group of soldiers shooting at her with ease)"

basically Terrarian can strike her quickly and dodge her attacs easily

The Terrarian speed isn't MFTL, he was downgraded a long time ago.
