Voltage Question

So been working on revising the Sly Cooper verse (Currently in the process of moving all my scattered notes and links and scans from docs to sandboxes), and was wondering how to quantify what Sly is doing here. Is there an amount of voltage we can work with that could cause a person to just explode?

They don't explode like that normally, there's a cartoony smoke effect then they fall to the floor before despawning when killed normally but the actual explosion in the link is unique to this attack.

Guess the voltage isn't the main cause of it and like Suigetsuhyugs linked above it's the heat of the attack.
