Now that this covers just about everything, what's everyone's thoughts here? (using replies since I can't ping staff)

• We have evidence of a UES for the Genie from Wario World.

where?
the links in that are armor and emile talking about how the planet is PROBABLY bigger than it seems given it's supposed to be a better reward than castles
armor literally says "it'd be better to emphasize the lack of a UES" which is the complete opposite of what you summarise it as.

I may have misspoke there (I have a problem properly wording things), so I do apologize; but the point is if we can have a 5-B rating based on this, the idea is to have ONLY the Genie scale to this until we get more evidence to prove the cast can be at this tier.

Yeah I think 5-B via creation or up to 5-B via reality warping for the Genie is fine, but wouldn't scale to his attacks without a proper UES, similar case to Bowser having a 4-A rating via reality warping that doesn't scale to his normal magic attacks or physicals.

Wait, Reclusa has a UES, why doesn't his creation scale to his physicals? (This was the debate of the first thread!)

One more thing though. There is an official Brothership Japanese guidebook (creators of Brothership are involved, as like the Kirby Triple Deluxe guidebook, internal attack names and other information are included. These were used for scaling Sectonia.)

It'll also give us the benefit of seeing an official Japanese explanation of the story, so we can see how both the Japanese locals interpret the original script, but also what certain terms and quotes mean (could help us get around any figure of speech debates).

Once it arrives and I get relevant scans translated, is it okay if I make one more thread featuring the new information, and finally getting this sorted out?

You can close the current one, as no one is interacting with it. The last one will be more sorted out and only use relevant info ^^

What more I believe that Armor has outlined some real problems with the blackhole feats.

In otherwords, I only agree with the usage of Feat 1 and Feat 11 for any scaling here as all the others aren't strong enough for scaling the core cast to. The Genie (if they have a profile) should scale to their planet feat.

I mean the purpose of the CRT was to apply the calcs, correct? I just thought the OP forgot to mention how they would be applied haha.

And yeah, that answer sufficed.

I'll wait for the conversation between Armor and Omni, since they seem to be debating the fundamentals of the calcs used, before mentioning my final thoughts

I'd be fine with this but that's a WHOLE other can of shit given they don't stay that strong always so you need to actually make keys and figure out what gains get kept throughout the verse and when do they plummet back down to a general value. It's not that simple.

I haven’t been keeping tabs on this thread, but the current proposals seem fine with me and I’m good with upgrading the cast to the High 6-A fan feat (until Paper Mario gets his scaling reworked and has his keys split up due to AD shenanigans of course)

Not sure, when it comes to giant fans like that, ISL often effects things like durability required to survive things not being all that impressive. When it comes to things like some big explosions, giant tidal waves, and giant area of effect winds, withstanding those are often only all that impressive if the target is physically large enough to absorb much of those impacts.
