BTW, you will have to equalize speed, since Sailor Jupiter is superior to a calc that was put at 1.5 Quintillion times FTL, even if we put Rook at around Whis level (cause I'm trying to get some sense out of those stats), that's 72 Quadrillion, so Jupiter would blitz.

Without that equalization, Wait a minute, Time Breaker Bardock is 2-C to 2-B, so Rook having High 3-A for that makes no sense, but I'll keep going anyway.

With the equalization, both really have the hax to counter each other, but I'm going with Sailor Jupiter cause her type 8 should at least give her 1 revive if Rook knows why she came back first time and even could go for that crystal, but she'll likely get more than that.

Well then Speed equal it should be but i think i should put this battle on hold until i can get better reasoning for Rook being High 3-A wether it be low or high,

Edit:Okay my new reasoning should be fine i guess for why he is High 3-A.
