Electron Manipulation has a wide range, varying from Electricity, Magnetism to Radiation Manipulation, electrons are a fundamental particle, as everything is held uo by electrons, high level users may simply disintigrate any kind of matter.

Photon Manipulation is Light Manipulation.

Light solidification, generation, blast, invisibility, teleportation, etc. Any application of Light Manipulation, in fact, the other name for LM is Photokinesis.

Mmm, electrons are akin to weak force, that is a fundamental force that differ from gravity, don't think that controlling electrons gave you control over gravity. Either way, merely having Electron Manipulation do not gave you all the possible applications, and it depends of the character.
