So this one is pretty odd. This feat is for IDW Optimus Prime and the issue it comes from is "The Transformers: All Hail Megatron (2008) #7"
So the feat is Optimus sacrifices himself to close a portal so the decepticons can't follow the autobots through it. And just as the portal collpases, Optimus is pushed into it by heavy gunfire with him seemingly being torn apart by the portal. However, he manages to end up in the other side of the portal in one piece. And take note that Optimus was already heavily injured when this feat happened. Despite that tho, it's stated it almost kills him and he ends up in a coma, but still survives the injury
What kind of resistance would this gain? It certainly does not look like a quantifiable durability feat. It might be limited resistance to space time manipulation, but I'm very unsure and I wanna ask to be safe.
