Where would this scale?

This Tree is said to have powers that transcend all space and time. The Tree oversees all timelines of the Multiverse. It controls time and its roots are said to hold all times of the world. The Tree doesn't really intervene in worldly affairs or the flow of time. The roots of the tree also extend to the past and future of other timelines. Its roots spread through the very corners of the world.

The context of it's powers transcending space and time is not really elaborated on.

For me the +1D for the tree over the multiverse comes from the tree’s functional role statements as its stated that the roots encompass or penetrates (whatever term works) every timeline of the multiverse, with its past and future and also simultaneously hold all times and exist beyond multiverse via the transcendental state so it should operate from a framework at least one dimension above the multiverse as past present and future of the multiverse should technically cross-section to the tree itself and tree would be superior to the multiverse in the question, it seems like a valid premise to argue that tree is in a hypertimeline on its own if the qualitative nature of the transcendence isnt taken at face value (like how BDE type 2 section 1 states above dimensions, all space and time statements are valid for low 1-A)

Ofc i could be wrong in my analyses but thats about it.
