I gotta give this to the phamtom phoenix becuase while both of them has mid high regen, the phamtom phoenix has added zenkai boost of each time he resurrected he becomes stronger meaning even if this match starts with stats equalised, in time the phantom phoenix will just overwhelmed riser with superior stats. Not only that , with subsequent resurrection he slowly gained resistance to whatever kill him until he gained complete immunity against it. For example, he becomes completely immune to medusa petrified after been killed several time by that abilities. Also noted, the time for his Resurrection becomes more less with each subsequent Resurrection to the point it becomes no delay.
