No but this girl had the necessary weapons to kill him.

Also yakko is in-character so he might not pull it right off the bat

Even then, I don't think there's anything Yakko can use that wouldn't get ****** by her resistances, while she can just power null him and end the fight in an instant.

Doubt it would reach that high also it takes time so she’d get killed if she decides to ap wise kill him

The power of order says no to AP gaps, this is no exception. Plus it’s able to fight off the Embryo so saying it doesn’t reach that high would be wrong, either way I don’t see any resistance to Power Null, let alone on the level the Izayoi’s on so she just nulls his power and just kills Yakko instantly.
