Okay, so indestructible Earth/no victory through destroying Earth? I have no idea if that's valid, but if it is valid, I've no issue with it. In any case....
Rayquaza Tier: At least High 6-A | 5-B
Yamcha Tier: 9-B | 8-C | 8-B | 6-C | 5-B | 5-B
By necessity, Mega Rayquaza would be used here, since it's a stomp otherwise. But although Rayquaza has a 5-B Key, Yamcha has 2: Saiyan Saga & Android Saga.
So which Yamcha is facing Mega Rayquaza here?
Also, does anyone know what statistics Mega Rayquaza & Yamcha are currently calculated as being at &/or scaled to? (Hopefully some revision hasn't made this -& thus, my post here- already outdated.)
(Also, I'd just like to say that I'd find Yamcha losing here amusing, since it'd be him getting killed by something green yet again, & by something with a great resemblance to Shenron, the Dragon summoned by the Dragon Balls titular to the series he's from.)

this is android saga yamcha
and he has the planetary rating because of him defeating a saibaman (who later killed him) and android 20 mistaking him for goku from the sayian saga
as for rayquaza he has a planetary calc and he scales to kiogre and graldon (think thats how you spell em probably not :/ )

I think that Rayquaza would win this, but it won't be an easy fight.
But I will say that Rayquaza have more chance of winning this due to the fact that he is strong against fighting characters unless Pokemon advantage thing isn't applied here, besides Rayquaza have a better array of abilities
I know we aren't talking about this, but if this was Filler Yamcha, then he would have won this fight
