Yhwach Vs Mio Takamiya - The Father of All Quincies Vs The Mother of All Spirits.

Yhwach already has 4-D fate hax, can rewrite and has above type 2 conceptual manipulation power null on a 4-D level. His precog is on a 4-D 2-A level so I don't see how she's taking this especially since Yhwach's Nullification is based on his Precognition.

Mio resists 4-D Fate Manipulation that can rewrite futures. She can also hide her information, which includes her future, from an Angel that grants the wielder omniscience. So I'm unsure if the Precog will work here.

- Nigh-Omniscience: Nia's Angel, Rasiel, is a book that can give the user information about anything that has ever happened in the world, no matter where and when. The user of Rasiel becomes near omniscient. Nia describes this ability as "a super powerful search engine", where one has to focus on the information one seeks before arriving at an answer. However, in order to use this ability she has to think about the subject she is looking into and her Angel does not automatically detect any danger coming to the user. It is also limited to only facts, as it cannot tell Nia subjective information like what she should do when she's unsure of herself. Additionally, it also gave her illegible information about the one who turned into a Spirit. However, she theorized that this may be because of that person's abilities.
Precog =/= a book that has any information you want.
Unless if she has some feats resisting precognition on yhwach's level then i don't think this is relevant.
And the fate manipulation of Nia Hojou is not on the same level as yhwach.
- Future Describing: Everything written in Rasiel is fact; therefore, everything that Nia writes in the book will become reality. She calls this ability "future describing". However, it takes time for the event to be written down, especially since Nia prefers to draw a manga illustration instead of just writing some text. However, the ability to change the future is not absolute, as Shido could resist future describing when channeling the powers of the Angels of the Spirits he had already sealed.
Not to mention that any future altered by yhwach cannot be rejected / undone even by manipulating causality

Rasiel's Fate Manipulation, while 4-D is definitely less powerful and versatile compared to Yhwach's Fate Manipulation, so she might be able to resist his Fate Manipulation given both have the same dimensionality but Rasiel's is based around Low 2-C Fate Manipulation compared to Yhwach's 2-A Fate Manipulation, so that's definitely debatable.
Also i don't believe just resisting Raisel's Fate Manipulation means she can inherently resist every application and effects of Yhwach's Fate Manipulation, even if you account for the fact they're both 4-D, similar on how just having blanket Time Manipulation resistance doesn't allow to resist every type of Time Manipulation, even if both Time Manipulation are the same dimensionality and layers.
Yhwach's Precognition is layered, since he can see himself in the future after absorbing the Mimihagi, said Mimihagi was able to resist the Precognition of Yhwach pre-absorption, with said Precog being 2-A.
Unless her stuff is also layered he can definitely see her in the future with his Almighty, which would negate all of her abilities, even Michael since he casually negated Ichibe's Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation while he was in his weakest form/had the weakest version of The Almighty.

Neutral and not even voting, but technically it is not really AP related for his Almighty, but his range extends to being a infinite number of timelines it seems. Also it is technically 4D vs 4D regardless so pretty much safe to say it relies on that resistance being layered or not as well.

Don't rely on Fate Manipulation, but look back at the basic ability of Mio itself.
Mio has Triple Ain Series as Standard Equipment, and according to the rules of this battle that apply SBA, Ain Soph here has already dominated the match.
And for Ain Soph's explanation, you can see the information on Mio Takamiya's profile, it says that Ain Soph is an Angel (Weapon) who can overwrite the main world with a new world with reality, logic, rule and laws under Mio Takamiya's control, does Yhwach have resistance to Law Manipulation?. Then, all the processes that Mio did in her world could be realized just by thinking about it, Thought-based.
Regarding the Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation that Yhwach can negate, it should be noted that the Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation on Date A Live is of a different type. As far as I know, Ichibe's Type 2 Conceptual Manipulation is alteleration, different from Michael's Conceptual Sealing type, and Sandalphon's Type 2 Conceptual Destruction.
