If you remember the comic he withstod some Godzilla physical hits, that doesn't warrants him a Lar Mountain level durability?

Godzilla Striking Strength is Large Mountain Class (Traded blows with Yamato no Orochi)

Zeus took a hit from Godzilla with no actual damage

Which means Zeus Durability is Large Mountain level

Seems fine for him to be a stone wall...though if that is a case is he ever shown fighting anyone besides Godzilla? If so then his AP would scale, though he still would be lower than Godzilla if I understand correctly.

Both were probably closed at some point, and then one of them was likely opened due to a CRT, but not the other.
