ZZZ Speed Rating Upgrade and Clean-Up

The issue is that all of the existing profiles, as well as team profiles, do not have a calculation attached to their speed rating justification. We need to update it with the below calculation, which was calculated and approved as Hypersonic+, upgrading the verse, but also adding what should have been added to the profiles long ago.

It's an eyesore looking at the placeholder speed rating when there was no calc to attach it to. But now that there is a value backed with CGM approval, I can rest easy now. I agree with the upgrade, too. I wanna hold off on making any comments for how Vital View should be treated.
