And i myself plan to make a thread upgrading the verse even further. is it possible to waiver a new thread due to the inactivity if the OP of the current thread also agrees?

I mean, you can make a new thread, as long as you didn't assume the inactive thread is accepted.

For example. You made thread A to upgrade the verse to X, but A is inactive. You then made thread B to upgrade the verse to Z, but in thread B you write that thread A with X is accepted, that is the problem
