3 projectiles isn't danmaku at all lmao.
You do realize that helps my point out even more right?
Like I said before stomps are when a character can realistically never win, in this case, horse can win by landing one attack on Goku, but this is very unlikely because of Goku's skill and UI + prediction, but it's not impossible,
How is it not impossible? The man was grabbing dodging dozens of projectiles inches from his face, and that was when his UI was powering up. The thing wasn't even fully turned on, and its dodging capabilities were that good. Infallible? Not a single person landed a hit on the guy up until Jiren, the guy who was steadily releasing more and more of his true power, making it harder for UI to keep up.

The man was literally walking through clusters of energy beams at certain points without taking a hit. it's a "bit" more than "unlikely" to hit. If you think 2 or 3 beams at once has enough hit chance to keep the match from being a stomp, then by all means feel free to prove it instead of telling me "it's not impossible", because I've watched the scenes, and they're telling me a different story.

Instinctive reactions = / = infinite speed reactions.

I know.
all the examples of goku not being hit were when goku was way faster than his opponent, kefla toppo dyspo etc, jiren was the only one who could match his speed which is why he can throw hands, the match starts with equal speed, during that brief time, pink horse has opportunities to land hits.

Even when up against comparable opponents he still consistently dodged dozens of attacks for the most part.

Because his reactions are just that good for an actual measurement in this state, but it doesn't prevent someone from hitting at point blank, as far as unlikely as it looks.

I do vote for goku for reasons above but I want to tackle the dodging aspect.
goku can sense ki, killing intent, difference in power levels, your exact location, feels the vibration of air, instinctive reaction, analytical prediction plus he is a well rounded martial artist. He was dodging danmakus left and right, swinging between beams like Tarzan, how tf can she even hit him? Plus he can also just IT or kaia it away, plus he is getting faster, more sharper and stronger

That's because ultra instinct is broken OP. But it's not like he never got hit by jiren, which is why I said it's not impossible.
That doesn't mean he didn't consistently dodge throughout. If he can dodge dozens of attacks from equals multiple times over and only get hit a couple of times, then what on earth makes you think that what; one or two blasts is going to have a chance at hitting him? For goodness sake, they start out an entire kilometer away. Goku managed to keep dodging and consistently not get hit from hundreds of times closer. You're immensely stretching the definition of "unlikely" here. If it's not impossible, then there's a thin enough line that it may as well be.

Also, he dodged everything Kefla had from my recollection, even when she was stated to be strong enough to one-shot, so Jiren ain't the only guy he kept dodging equals from.

Kefla was slower than goku, jiren was the only one comparable in speed. Jiren was able to land multiple attacks on goku, meaning goku can still be hit by opponents with comparable speed, that means he can be hit by pink horse at the beginning before he gets too fast. This means it's not a stomp, as pink horse has a win condition but it's rarely gonna happen.

Cool, that was meters to feet away, and he dodged through dozens of hits at once far more often at said distances. Wanna guess how far Twilight and Goku are from each other? You don't seem to understand how much of an effect the starting distance is going to have on hit chances when compared to how much Goku can dodge at hundred, if not thousands of times closer.

Honestly, the whole point of ui is to not be based on raw power alone. Jiren was able to harm him because of a large enough difference in power and speed. Goku was still able to launch attacks despite being so clearly outmatched.

Literally, twilight hitting goku is highly unlikely. If she does, she might win. Not given automatically, but she can. Her hitting him is basically impossible, tho. How fast is twilight, again?

It's far far less than "highly unlikely" at these distances given Goku can dodge from equals in ccc. Speed is equal, so I don't know if it matters. All I know is, Goku is gonna outpace real fast since his stats are passively increasing.

Yeah it's better to use broly saga ssj blue Goku like originally
Goku can't harm horse.

Well howcabout we make the distance 10 meters?

She is MFTL+ in her arsenal and they literally start with equalized speed, which essentially means that she has a chance before Goku goes MUI.

Speed being equal both limits goku and makes it fair cause ui usually works with goku just outclassing the opponent in speed, and db is one of the fastest
Verses in speed.

goku should win due to some decent hax.

As far as I know, a stomp as such is when under no circumstances the other character cannot reach his wincon. In this case, while the horse will not be able to reach him when goku will Amplified, but she he can still hit him before that especially with the speed matched. Well, as mentioned, goku can still be hit by opponents with similar speed.

Does she get faster when she transform?

That should make it far more likely to hit.
Uh how? He was literally dodging blasts milimeters from his skin, and let's not factor analytical, ki, location, power and intent sensing, plus It, after image, getting faster and stronger and being hilariously above him in terms of martial arts.

******* what? Says who? Since when the hell is 2x enough to one-shot?
The gap between Low 2-C and 2-C is basically unquantificable from the start, and by multiplier standards you don't get 2-C via multipliers, the most you can try is upscaling, Whis, yadda yadda, scales to likely 2-C because he is way above Beerus and Champa's combined feat.

Mismatch if you guys consider goku getting hit an impossibility. Or you can just make them 0.3 meters apart and it being a can goku dodge the first attack.

If we have to stretch things around that much just to make it fair for Twilight, then maybe this matchup shouldn't have been done to begin with.
