the direct definition of a new gen anime is: new gen anime started after the early 2000s when studios starting using more digital production (for 3D, FX Background, VFX, etc)

Those series definitely ain't new, nearing what, 20 years? A lot of those series are old enough to drink and have long since ended. Gintama definitely isn't New Gen, neither is Bleach, or Noragami

The argument for applying it to speed goes like this, most people out of the vsbattle wiki accept it as far as I've seen. So basically, ofa is an all around stat booster. Since allmight got 60× weaker he would have also gotten 60× slower. Allmight being slower than his prime has also been commented on by shigaraki and AFO so it works out story wise too.
Of course I doubt people here are ever going to accept it because idk, but I'm just putting it out there.

Not how multipliers work on the wiki. Just because One For All obviously makes the user faster does not mean that speed rises proportionally with strength.

Yeah, I've seen people outside of VSBW apply the multiplier to speed. Though usually it's to get him to Supersonic or something instead of FTL lmao

It's similar to karin tower goku. We know he got faster and that he got a multiplier to stats. But because strenght is the only one specified that's the one that gets the boost.

Just cause strength gets higher does NOT mean speed gets higher at the same rate.

I see it as because we see Deku (atleast anime wise), recharge Fa-Jin before going for another Faux 100%, That it’s atleast a Fa-Jin sized difference given it also uses centrifugal force and blackwhip’s elasticity

At most i would see 100%(Prime) is at least 2x faster than 45% since it took: 45%'s base speed + Fajin's accumulated speed from 45% + elasticity boost to match All Might's speed at some point in the past. Might give us a neat lowball speed multiplier for Fajin and Gear Shift too, dunno what speed multiplier Overdrive would be when they combine tho. Would it be multiplicative or addictive ?

Also, when Deku increased his % from 5 to 8% he was considered 'way, way faster', so it's definitely not as if speed being proportional to AP is completely impossible.

Yea All Might being able to punch 60x harder does not mean he can move 60x faster. Tho realistically Prime AM should be at least twice Weakened AM’s speed

Technically, all OFA enhanced stats should be relative to each other since the speed, durability, and power granted by OFA are all related to each other.
But that would probably require too much math on Hori's part.
It's a cool thought that I have even had for my own writing but it's pretty hard to implement. And I don't think any writer/artist wants to draw while thinking about math.

This gonna be one of the longest fights for sure.
All Might says the laser is inspired by Star and Stripes' fight.
All Might uses Invisible Girl's power to redirect the light and escape the laser's effect.
At the end, Stain arrives and licks blood off a rock (AFO's blood) and manages to freeze.
Next week is gonna be All Might and Stain vs toddler AFO.

AFO reduced to a child now, this fight is so crazy. Also I need a better look at how he actually avoided the laser/translation because it looks like he dodged it AFTER it was fired the first time. Light speed AM? Also confirmation that it is indeed a true laser with how he reflected it with “optical resin” from Hagakure.
And like I thought, the armor can change itself into different shapes, that’s his Creati. Then the use of those parts as clamps for Grape Juice is cool. Coupled with some sound blasts and yeah AM only has Bakugo left unless he also has a Deku move.
Pretty sure he stole the baby’s quirk, not that he literally is the baby. If he is the baby then idk why he has a Japanese last name when the baby is Chinese. AFO strikes me as the guy to hunt down the first ever known Quirk and steal it tho.

My guy AM dodged the laser before it hit the ground, idk if it was aim dodging or not either since he used the resin to protect himself. Forget Stain I need to see if we got a speed upgrade for AM.
Also this lowkey confirms the SnS lasers are similarly true light now that we have a comparison and reason to believe they can be reflected like via AM’s resin.

They are definitely true light. People can say Aoyama's laser isn't cause it's "biological" or whatever other arguments, but the laser fired by All Might is powered by good ol' electricity - Alternating Current.
It's not some "hard" light or solid light like Aoyama's.

Mach 1 in DB confirmed to = FTLThis isnt really a good argumentanime does tons of weird stuff with dialogue in fights. DBS characters can fight at FTL speeds but still manage to communicate with each other mid fight
