I mean not really? You’d just be affecting the U10 Macrocosm. That’s also still a separate thing from affecting the Space-Time of a Universe from another, totally separate, Universe. Personally, I think Whis does affect the Hypertimeline—Given how his time manipulation was stated to skew the overall axis similar to Time Travel if overused, but that's neither here or there.

I’m just clarifying the events and circumstances of that moment.
 
it's a matter of lacking evidence. i do personally think Whis can manipulate the Hypertimeline but we just dont have the explicit evidence needed for a CRT. maybe in the future

I would still disagree, even though the Kia relam is counted among the universes, there is none universe space distance between it and the universe proper, by all accounts it is as separate from the universe as a different universe.

Okay so if we agree scouters worked by measuring how big someone's ki is

Are they unable to read someone with god ki? It's an unanswered question in universe but I don't think they would

If God Ki is so controlled that even Earth's most skilled mortal warriors cannot sense it, then a Scouter may literally explode upon entering the vicinity of God Ki, suppressed or not. Not even because of the pressure.
 
I assume the scouter measures the ki surrounding outside of someone. But since Godki was all about keeping your ki contained and not letting it leak out at all, the scouter can't gauge it. The only time it exploded was because the power level far exceeded it's reading capacity. Which it can't do with godki. Because remember when tarble was measuring base goku's power level that version was leagues above saiyan saga goku who could make scouter not work. Yet it exploded after he powered up and leaked ki.

We have no reason to assume it's not atm. Opponents were trying to argue Kibito Kai being separated to prove it's not canon, but that was probably a preemptive attempt to make sure any potential cosmology upgrades wouldn't apply to Super.
 
Trying to discard a plot hole that could discredit DB Daima being canon to Super as a "try to make any potential cosmology upgrade not apply to Super" truly is something

That's not how that works. The series isn't over, we aren't even a quarter of the way through. Just because something hasn't been explained yet in an ongoing series doesn’t make it a plot hole, that's a nonsensical arguement.

It's not being 'in denial', it's not jumping to extreme conclusions.

This is semantics, I think everyone knows what is meant by "plot hole" even if the precise definition of plot hole isn't agreed on.

No need to start an argument over it.

But I should also say being around the DB community that wasn't just a stunt alot of people actually did question around the time if this was retconing super or if it was canon to super
 
I sometimes like thinking about a composite dragonball character. It's awesome- imagine a guy as big as super shenron with forced sprite fission and instant transmission that can move through time easily. That's only counting canon characters as well, granted you don't actually add that much using extended universe stuff.
