Anyways, the main thing 'bout this battle is Touma either attempting to rush down Beatrice and punch her or attempting to SI-ing her to stop fighting, nothing more nothing less. Ain't going to pull a Subaru, but Touma did mention to convince a group a people to spare a terrorist that was actively attempting to end the world, while not knowing that she had "changed", in under ten minutes while a gun was held close to his head, so maybe the SI option is possible.

What will happen if she kinda takes flight, and Danmakus Touma with minya, i'm guessing shamac would be negated since it also comes in contact with his right hand

He'll just wait until she runs out of juice to fly while defending himself as best as he can. I am willing to bet his stamina can last that long. In terms of defending against Danmaku, eh... Touma does have his feat of dodging Othinus' danmaku, the most important of which is the barrage that ignored the concept of numbers of which he dodged, even if it is kinda vague, so I think he can keep up with Beatrice's Danmaku.

Edit: And ye, shamac is 100% going to get negated once it comes into contact with his right hand.

Beatrice likely won't run out of mana fast and she wouldn't waste a ton of mana on him either, she would likely create a counter strat


Btw how good is he at dodging danmaku? She was able to hit Elsa remember

Hm... I'm essentially the best person to ask about this, since I remade the profile myself, so...

You already checked out the link provided above, ye? It's one of the best examples of Touma dealing with Danmaku, i.e, dodging a shot that overcome the restrictions of the third dimension (an attack that teleported right in front of him) and dodged a barrage of danmaku that ignored the concept of numbers. He also managed to once target and negate a single thing and had its fragments scatter in every direction to cause a chain reaction that caused them to slightly alter their trajectory and make a blank spot that should not have been there. Much of his other Feats are more of the h2h variety, he also has some half decent analytical prediction and IA.

• Analytical Prediction and Instinctive Action (Could predict the location of Agnese Sanctis's invisible attack and negate it. Read and analyzed how Oriana Thomson attacked with her magic and how her next attack would contain "escape channels" to be taken advantage, which not only enabled him to predict Oriana's attacks but also turned her fighting style into a dead end. Can unconsciously register and analyze minute changes in the battlefield and involuntary movements made by his enemies that likely aren't even aware they are doing in order to accurately predict the path of an attack and move his body accordingly to stop it, dodge it or try to reduce the damage to his vitals in case the former two options aren't possible. Instinctually felt the danger and then dodged World Rejector)

Although if the flight is a problem, I could maybe just remove Beatrice's prior knowledge of IB to make things "fairer" (in the sense, she would immediately think that she has to take to the skies). Idk, not like Touma can compare to Re:Zero skill stuff, anyways.

Emilia did deal with teleporting attacks in arc 6 and Elsa is better than her in cqc (plus the whole dodging an explosion going off in a room without exiting it thing)
Also you probably read up on the new Elsa intelligence section that Zab posted in the discussion thread right?

This would be pretty interesting too, honestly he has a pretty good chance of being able to dodge minya if Beatrice goes straight for it

I think Beatrice will start with her standard minya and when that doesn't work use Al shamak to yeet his ass into the shadow realm (probably after trying a couple different things though)

If at any point she comes down for even a second or gives him a chance to close the gap she is cooked

I will be leaning towards her for now

The least skilled character we have is an untrained child Emilia and even she could dodge perception blitzing danmaku by reading her opponents intent

Beatrice is vastly superior to her and would easily be able to hit curent Emilia, she was also able to hit Elsa which is a great feat considering who we are talking about
