• Baseline: The Time Stone was able to freeze time in the normal universe.
• 1 Layer: The Time Stone caused a split in the space-time of the Timeline, which includes an infinite number of space-times.
• 1 Layer: Normal Time Manipulation is impossible in the TVA.
• 2 Layers: Loki is capable of traveling to the past of the TVA.

Bifrost Power

Numerous agents have witnessed Thor's arrival and departure on Earth via a pillar of blinding light. Dr. Jane Foster has indicated that Thor's name for this bridge is "Bifrost", and may in fact be an Einstein-Rosen Bridge or "Wormhole". This appears to be the preferred mode of transport across interstellar space for beings from Asgard, although other portals appear to be available to them. Based on STATIONS calculations, the amount of energy it would take to transport a person to the nearest star would require more energy than is produced on Earth in a year. Accomplishing such a feat in so brief of a time indicates that extreme energy sources, on the scale of black holes, are being harnessed using a mechanism that can channel it rapidly through space-time.

Large Planet Level, possibly Small Star Level (The Bifrost produces extreme energy on the scale of black holes, with the smallest ones producing Small Planetary levels of force, and the average black hole, which is between 3 and 10 solar masses, producing Star Level force. The Bifrost uses wormholes/portals to travel; one of which was capable of sucking stars inside of it. The Marvel Website confirms this was a black hole. Furthermore, Avengers STATION shows Asgard as being galaxies away from Thanos' Sanctuary, which The Marvel Website confirms is the location Loki was dropped off. It was shown that intact sections of the Bifrost Bridge immediately tore apart, which is akin to what real Black Holes do, with more visible stars being sucked into the middle of the Black Hole a second later. Transporting stars across an intergalactic distance should require this level of power.)
Mjolnir

The subject displays a combination of broad properties that suggest the possibility of a deep-connect with some of the fundamental forces of nature. It can attract, generate, and control lightning and other electrostatic phenomea. Its ability to lift and propel itself appears to relate to the control, manipulation and nulli cation of gravitational forces. Its occasional immovability suggests not only gravitational control, but also the ability to modify the bonding of materials its in contact with on an atomic scale. An Aceelerated Mass Spectrometer test conducted by SHIELD in New Mexico detected a strong signature of the isotope Iron 60 (60FE.) This isotope is produced primarily in supernova explosions, which suggests that the hammer was created in or around the vicinity of a dying star.

Notes: 60FE identified in meteorites Semarkona and Chervonykut provides evidence of a supernova just before the formation of our Solar System.
