Probably copy pasted from the OBD and then tweaked over time like most of the profiles.

Actually no. They were initially written from scratch, but many people did end up getting a lot of stuff from OBD and adding that in.

MOG Upscales cuz he can overwhelm both Seras and RC, RC should maybe Scale, Straitjacket should Upscale from MOG who Upscales from TFV Seras

and Walter Upscales from Straitjacket due to easily stomping him
